From coping to conquering + overcoming!
1st encounter & testimony linked to MMC🙏🏽
Before the Lord lead my family & I to this ministry, I was in desperate need of help (spiritually). I would watch sermons & deliverance videos on YouTube & though it helped me a lot, I knew I needed more (in the physical).
In 2019, my mom got diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. Then in 2020, the pandemic started & a shortly after, I found out I was pregnant & faced severe morning sickness. On Thanksgiving 2020, my mom passed. December 2020, we moved out of my childhood home. It was bittersweet but seemed to be more bitter as the months went on.
Fast forward to 2022, after all that had happened & piled up within the past 3 years, it was like everything was unveiling, that I knew I needed help to truly conquer & overcome.
I was unknowingly "coping" (the devil literally had me justifying the act w/ lies/deception) with what was supposed to be casted out or cut off which explains the cycles & patterns I faced that were demonic & wicked. I used to drink to numb the very thing that was craving me to drink that kept me in bondage which is why I used to wonder why I couldn't stop. The devil is a liar!!!
I cried many times in the shower or driving alone with my kids to God for help & to guide my family & I to a ministry that would help deliver us, mentor & teach us in spirit & in truth. I was tired & burden by the constant battles that I didn't truly know how to fight bc of the lack of knowledge that the spirit of deception took advantage of me in that.
The ending of 2022, God showed up & answered those prayers even the ones sown in tears alone.
Holy Spirit led Prophet CJ to the Four Seasons Hotel in Ko'olina which is where my husband worked at. He was on vallet at the time & had helped Prophet CJ (which at the moment didn't even know he was a Pastor or even a Prophet). As I'm home with my children, I get a text from my husband of a pic of a business size card with the event information to Holy Ghost Howzit (Prophetic encounter class). My eyes filled w/tears of gratitude to the Lord knowing this was an answered prayer.
It definitely was a divine appointment bc later that day, I learned that the hotel was bought out by a group & anyone who was not in the group was not allowed to come into the hotel. So Prophet CJ couldn't even go into the hotel, but he showed up & met my husband where another assignment of many, was fulfilled through his obedience, which this was the answer to my prayer. God never fails!
We joined in on Tuesdays & attended HGH since Dec 2022 & then MMC launched the first Sonday service in April of 2023.
Since coming, & being a part of this ministry, my life & the life of my household have never been the same.
I've encountered many battles & various trials, but I never truly experienced the joy in James1:2, until being with MMC bc of the teaching's & demonstrations of the Holy Ghost through Prophet CJ, our spiritual eyes have been opened more than ever before!
Prophet CJ & Pastor Rhea continue to raise us up in the ways of the Lord with excellency & power through the preaching & teaching of the gospel as well as the fruit of them being faithful servants of the Lord. My husband & I came to realize how malnourished we were all these years as believers of Christ but as we continue this journey with our MMC family & having our spiritual covering, Prophet CJ & Pastor Rhea, we continue to experience what it truly means to be a follower of Christ.
