BIG Birthday Surprise!

I cannot even begin to express my gratitude and awe at the incredible way that God provided for me in my time of need. Now I should have known better, but I was stressing out about how to pay for my trip to New Orleans for my big birthday, and it seemed like an impossible task. My husband and I had a heart-to-heart conversation where I poured out my worries and fears about not being able to afford the trip due to being in between jobs.

But instead of letting despair consume me, we turned to the Lord in prayer and asked the Holy Spirit to give me peace and take care of the situation as we stood on John 14:14. And let me tell you, God works in mysterious and miraculous ways. Within just one week of our conversation, I checked the mail and found a gift card for $3000. (I even called the card company to validate if it was real, but even they couldn’t explain why the gc was issued to me) I was absolutely floored and overwhelmed with emotion at the incredible provision that God had provided for me.

I immediately repented to the Lord for having doubts and not putting all of my trust in Him. I literally sobbed to the floor…it was a such a humbling moment for me, as I realized that God truly does care about every detail of our lives and wants to bless us exceedingly abundantly above all!

With the $3000, my husband and I were able to book flights to New Orleans, stay in a beautiful hotel in the heart of the city, and indulge in all the amazing seafood restaurants that we had been dreaming of trying. Every moment of our trip felt like a gift from above full of perfect peace.

This experience has deepened my faith and trust in God in ways I never thought possible. I am especially grateful for being part of a ministry that operates in HIS miracle working power! He truly is a loving and caring Father who wants the best for His children. I was so excited and grateful to celebrate my big birthday in New Orleans, knowing that God has gone before me and provided for every need. Thank you, Jesus, for your incredible provision and faithfulness. God is so Good!!!
